Delisted Journals still Claim to Be Indexed by WOS
In 2025, 55 journals were editorially delisted by WOS, however, on February 1st, 2026, 18 of them still claim to be indexed in the database.
A previous investigation by IRW showed that Scopus delisted 108 journals in 2025, but 30 of them still claim to be indexed by Scopus at the end of January, 2026.
