In Figure 1A and 1B of this article [1], the authors claim the size for the BITT and TB are about 130.0±1.7 nm and 199.3±4.1 nm, respectively. However, these are inconsistent to the bars shown in the figure, and the standard deviations seem to be too small.
We extracted the data from the bar with the automeris.io tool, and recalculate the the mean values and the standard deviations. The results are 150±50 nm and 160±30 nm, respectively, for the BITT and TB.
We want to emphasis that although extracting data by using the automeris.io tool may cause additional errors, however, and our propose is not to provide the correct values, but raise concerns about the results from the authors of the article [1].
